Samples are nonnegative integers, with a pmf given by $$ \mbox{rate}^{k} \frac{e^{-\mbox{rate}}}{k!} $$
Arguments
- rate
(numeric, torch_tensor): the rate parameter
- validate_args
whether to validate arguments or not.
